Production

A full production cycle at one site: metal stamping, plastic moulding and paper pleating. This gives us quality control at every stage, from raw materials to the finished product.

The production building occupies 2 500 m², warehouse — 1 500 m², total site area — 4 ha. The facility is located in Chaltyr, Rostov Region.

The pleated filter media is made from premium paper: synthetic fibre with hydrophobic impregnation. Filter service life — 40-50 thousand km, with a replacement interval comparable to European products.

A high level of local production allows us to develop new models to customers' technical requirements. Since 2024, we have manufactured fuel filters and expanded contract manufacturing under customers' brands. The company is a Skolkovo participant.
